Real Estate is Justine's PASSION! If it’s about Real Estate, she is interested. Justine is a licensed Realtor® and Real Estate Appraiser, a flipper, a landlord and real estate investor. She wants to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Justine thinks about real estate while driving, relaxing, working and playing. She is dedicated to help clients increase their wealth through both commercial and residential acquisitions to their portfolios.

If it’s Real Estate, she’s done it. And if it’s your real estate purchase or sale, she will provide professional services with gusto and enthusiasm. Justine always want to present the property data and financials in a way that an investor/seller can clearly see and understand so you can make the best decision.

Margaret has spent the last several years investing in real estate and obtained her real estate license recently in order to offer more to her clients and network. She is driven by her passion to solve problems and present win/win solutions. Her business is built on communication, dedication and transparency. Born and raised on the south shore, she took some time to travel and lived over seas for several years. Margaret has lived in Central Massachusetts for the past 15 years and has developed an intimate knowledge of the market and its communities. When working together you will understand that her goal is to get you to where you need to be. My husband and I have raised 5 boys currently aged 23-14, so my hobbies have been limited, but what brings me joy is music, art , theater and humor. 

Luz was born in Puerto Rico and at the age of 12 moved to Massachusetts with her mother. She was raised in Worcester and has resided there for over 40 years. After graduating from South High School in 1983 she attended Worcester State College. Luz has been selling real esate part time for over 17 years. She has worked full-time at the TJMax distribution center for 38 years. Luz loves to cook and spend time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Luz provides the added benefit of being bi-lingual and can help our Spanish speaking clients.

Luz nació en Puerto Rico ya la edad de 12 años se mudó a Massachusetts con su madre. Se crió en Worcester y ha residido allí durante más de 40 años. Después de graduarse de South High School en 1983, asistió a Worcester State College. Luz ha estado vendiendo bienes raíces a tiempo parcial por más de 17 años. Ha trabajado a tiempo completo en el centro de distribución de TJMax durante 38 años. A Luz le encanta cocinar y pasar tiempo con su esposo, hijos y nietos. Luz brinda el beneficio adicional de ser bilingüe y puede ayudar a nuestros clientes de habla hispana.
