A new beginning
Fine Properties, Inc has been in business since 1984. In 2021 Justine Snyder acquired the company after Jane Fine’s retirement. Prior to passing the torch, Jane was a mentor and comrade to Justine for many years. She instilled integrity, honesty and professionalism in a manner not often practiced these days.
The company remains an independently owned and operated minority woman- owned company. While we have advanced to operate more efficiently in these ever-changing rules of engagement, we have retained the most important “old fashioned” values as the core of this company’s culture. We have upgraded branding, technology, tools and programs, while keeping the observance of good manners, handwritten thank -you notes, attention to detail and exclusive representation of our clients. We follow the strictest interpretation of the Code of Ethics, prioritization fiduciary responsibility, truthfulness and confidentiality in our business relations. All of our agents are Realtors ®.
