Edward Levine Edward Levine has been with Fine Properties, Inc. for more than 12 years. Ed works with sellers, buyers and investors, and specializes in land and commercial real estate. For 2006, Ed is the Worcester Association of Realtors' "Realtor of the Year" and also recipient of the "Natalie Quinlan Distinguished Service Award." In addition, he is the 2006 Central Mass Regional Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Prior to joining Fine Properties, Ed's career included more than 30 years of experience in the field of applied Geosciences, managing and conducting Geological and Geophysical studies for engineering and environmental projects. As a Vice President of Michael Baker Corporation, he directed their Weston Geophysical Division and was chairman of Baker Employee Stock Ownership Program Committee. With Fine Properties, he has utilized his background in the evaluation and sale of land and commercial properties, especially those where environmental considerations need to be addressed. Edward is active in the Realtor community. In addition to the above offices held, Ed is past President of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors (2005) and has served on the Finance Committee and currently serves on the Audit Committee of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He is also on the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of two Condo Associations and is on the finance and building planning committees of Temple Emanuel.
